Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • You can chop your apples to just about any size for this recipe. If you are making this for adults, feel free to have some big chunks of apples. I usually make this with kids in mind, though, so I chop my apples into small pieces perfect for little mouths. As long as they’re bite-sized, they’ll be perfect!
  • I love using butterscotch pudding in my Snickers apple salad because it adds the perfect flavor. But if you aren’t a butterscotch fan, you can use vanilla pudding mix instead!
  • It’s important to completely seal this “salad” before placing it in the fridge because apples can brown so quickly if exposed to air. If you don’t have a bowl with a lid, you may want to transfer the mixture to a food storage container so you can seal it up tight!

Storage

You can store your leftover Snickers Apple Salad in an airtight container for up to 24 hours in the fridge!
