How to Make a Zebra Headband Craft

- Select a shade of pink colored craft paper, white craft paper, a shade of gray colored craft paper, and a shade of black colored craft paper for the Zebra Headband Craft. The template at the bottom will include: head shape, snout shape, outer ears, inner ear pieces, stripes, mane, and band for the headband patterns.
- Trace the mane and stripes on the black colored craft paper. Trace the snout on the gray colored craft paper. Trace the head, outer ears, and headband pattern on the white craft paper. Trace the inner ear pieces on the pink colored craft paper. Cut out eyes from the template and the trace patterns neatly and nicely.
- Attach the pink inner ear pieces on the outer ear pieces. Attach the mane to the top side of the head pattern.
- Attach the ear patterns than to the top side of the head, on either side of the mane.
- Attach the cutout stripe patterns onto the head pattern.
- Attach the snout at the center base of the head pattern.
- Attach the eye cutouts above the snout.
- Use a sharpie to draw the mouth of the Zebra Face.
- Attach the finished Zebra head to the center of the headband cutout, measure around your child’s top of their head and staple the ends of the headband cutout for the best fit and to complete the Zebra Headband Craft.
Tips and Tricks
- Try out some googly eyes instead of cutting out the eyes from the template for a fun addition to the headband!
- Add either felt or some velvet to the mane for some added texture of “hair”!!

How Do I Print A PDF?
You’ll need a program that supports PDFs. Adobe Acrobat is a great option. Open the program, click file, then print. Select your printer and the number of copies you want to print. Be sure you click double-sided if you want it to print on both sides.
Can I Resell These?
You may not resell any printable or template that you find on our website or receive in your email. You may use them for class parties, at church, at home, or in the classroom. You may get these printed at an office supply store or copy center at your own expense.
