The Fourth of July is such an amazing holiday. We get to celebrate our freedoms and show our appreciation for those who fought for those freedoms. I really want to teach my kids why this holiday is so important. I found some really great and Easy Patriotic Craft Ideas that I can make with my kids and even some that I can make myself to decorate our home with to feel more patriotic.

Being patriotic is so much more than just red, white, and blue. It is the meaning behind that beautiful combination of colors. Patriotism shows our strength as a country and how we can all stand together for the cause of solidarity and freedom. I really hope that you enjoy these Easy Patriotic Craft Ideas as much as I do.

My family loves to eat together on the Fourth of July. Whether we are having a big cookout or just a nice meal around the dinner table, my family’s favorite patriotic desserts to have are these amazing Patriotic Oreo Truffles and these delicious No-Bake Cherry Bomb Cookies. They are so cute and so yummy.

After dinner, our family likes to spend the evening playing games together. One game that we love to play that always brings so many smiles and a lot of laughter is a game of patriotic charades. I always use this set of 50 of the Best 4th of July Charades Words + Cards. They are perfect for learning about patriotism and for having fun too!
