How to Make a Fish Corner Bookmark
Follow these steps to create your own fishy friend:
Step 1:
Select colored craft papers of your choice for the fish bookmark. Print and cut out the template patterns, which include the bookmark base, eye base, tail fin, and side fins. Trace and cut each piece neatly.

Step 2:
Take the bookmark base and fold it in half diagonally.
Step 3:
Fold the right bottom corner up and join it to the right side of the top corner.

Step 4:
Fold the right flap in half.
Step 5:
Repeat the same for the left side.
Step 6:
Unfold the last four folds.
Step 7:
Fold down the top corner of the top layer to meet its opposite side.

Step 8:
Fold up the right flap again and tuck the open side into the base pocket.
Step 9:
Do the same for the left flap to complete the bookmark shape.
Step 10:
Use scissors to round the corners of the open and semi-open sides, leaving the closed corner intact.
Step 11:
Flip the bookmark over to the front side.

Step 12:
The closed corner will be the fish’s face. Glue the tail fin to the open round corner.
Step 13:
Glue the side fins to each side of the bookmark.

Step 14:
Glue the eye near the closed corner and use Sharpies to add outlines and fun patterns on the fins.
