How to Make the Handprint Witch

  1. Trace & Cut– Use the included template or your child’s hand to trace two open handprints (for the hair), one closed handprint (for the body), and one small handprint (for the broom) Paper craft Handprint Witch.

  1. Make the Hair– Glue the two open handprints together by overlapping their thumbs to create the witch’s hair.

  1. Assemble the Face– Add the face to the middle of the hair, draw on the eyes with a sharpie or use cutouts, and glue them near the top of the head.

  1. Add Her Hat– Attach the witch’s hat to the top of her head.

  1. Build the Body– Glue the head onto the closed handprint (body). Then craft the broom by gluing the small handprint to the broomstick strip and attaching it to the side.
  2. Draw Final Features– Use a black sharpie to add the witch’s smile and nose.
