Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don’t have a donut pan?
I know donut pans aren’t something that everyone has in their kitchen. Don’t worry! You can use a muffin pan instead! You’ll also need some tin foil. Just mold the tin foil to make the shape of a donut in each muffin holder. There you go. Your makeshift donut pan is ready to go!
What is the best flour to use in donuts?
All-purpose flour is the way to go. You don’t want to use bread flour in your donuts or they’ll get too dense. Cake flour is another alternative if you don’t have all-purpose flour. The cake flour will give the donuts a more airy and light texture
