Nothing makes me a hero in my house quite like bringing out my homemade hot chocolate mix! It makes any day feel like a special occasion and my kids go absolutely crazy for it.
I don’t blame them. You’ll find lots of recipes out there for hot chocolate but I’m telling you, this one is the best! Sweet, simple and delicious! Plus, I use it constantly to make Hot Chocolate Cookies, Hot Chocolate Bombs, and more.
You can keep it basic and enjoy this hot cocoa on its own. Or you can dress it up with your favorite flavors. Cinnamon, peppermint candies, hazelnut coffee creamer, and caramels are a few of my family’s favorite add-ons!

- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
