St. Patrick’s Day is such a fun time of year with all the green, gold, and rainbows. This Pot of Gold Papercraft combines all the best things into one craft!

My kids really love handprint crafts. We’ve done so many, including a Handprint Ladybug craft and a Heart Handprint craft, but we had never done one for St. Patrick’s Day. I decided we definitely needed one and we decided on a pot of gold with a rainbow.

This super fun Pot of Gold papercraft is also so easy for you. All you have to do is download and print the template, and grab a few craft supplies you already have around the house. So simple and your kids are going to love crafting with you.

Tips and Tricks

  • Rainbows don’t have to go in rainbow order. Let your kids’ creativity shine, however, it looks.
  • Have your kids play a fun game when they’re done where one hides their pot of gold and the others are gold hunters trying to find the pot of gold!
  • If you only want to make one pot of gold for your family, it would be fun to have everyone’s hands make up the rainbow.
  • Try shimmer paper for your gold or for your rainbow hands!
