Why Use a Shape Rocket Craft?

This activity combines three powerful learning skills:

  • cutting practice (fine motor skills)
  • coloring and gluing (hand-eye coordination)
  • shape recognition (early math skills)

As kids build their rocket, they’ll work with:

  • circles
  • squares
  • triangles
  • rectangles

It’s a hands-on way to talk about sides, corners, and sizes — all while creating something they’re proud of.
